JUNE 9 CERRITO CREEK WORK PARTY

Hope lots of you will join us 10 am - noon this Saturday, June 9, for our National River Clean-Up event on Cerrito Creek. We'll remove invasives as well as pick up litter (if you're willing to dig blackberry roots, please wear long pants & sleeves). All ages are welcome - young children can splash in the creek or enjoy the Creekside Park play structure. Consider bringing a picnic and exploring Albany Hill afterwards.

Meet Creekside Park, south end of Santa Clara Street, El Cerrito. From Central Avenue between San Pablo and I-880, turn south on Santa Clara toward Albany Hill.The street ends at the park. By bus, take AC Transit 72 to San Pablo and Carlson and walk west 1/2 block on Carlson. At Tulip Flooring, jog south on the Adams Street stub and follow the creekside walkway west to the park. It's also a short walk from El Cerrito Plaza BART.
